Delivery – Return Policy


You can order our products at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, we will provide you with the most convenient method of delivery. The goods are delivered in packages of size (39 x 23 x 10 cm) and weight (up to 2 kg). We will deliver the goods within 14 to 60 days after payment, and if no significant delay expected form suppliers.

Recommendations for recipients:

It is recommended that during delivery of the shipment, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative together with the representative of the transport company check the condition of the package and the quantity of the goods.

If a violation of the packaging of the shipment, the quantity of the goods, discrepancy (s) is found, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must not accept the shipment.

In this case, the representative of the transport company, together with the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative, fills out a special consignment inspection report, which indicates the violations found.

After the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative accepts the shipment and signs the data logger provided by the representative of the transport company or the paper delivery confirmation without comments, it is considered that the goods were delivered in the undamaged package of the shipment, the quantity and quality of the goods meet the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, additional services specified in the data logger or paper in the delivery confirmation, duly executed, unless proven otherwise.

When picking up the goods from the courier, it is necessary to present a document proving the identity of the person submitted in the order.

If you place the order in your own name, but you will not be able to pick up the product, then in the order, indicate the contact person you authorize to accept your order.


To refuse a product, you must notify us by e-mail, to the e-mail address: and/or to the phone number +370 676 71991, clearly stating your decision to refuse the product.

Return conditions:

  • You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of its delivery.
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (instructions, wires, cables, etc.) and gifts (if any).
  • The product can only be returned at the store where it was purchased. The customer is responsible for the return transportation costs of the product.
  • When returning the product, it is necessary to provide the buyer’s data (specified in the purchase contract) and the invoice.
  • The payment will be returned to the bank account specified by the customer, within 30 calendar days from the return of the product.

We guarantee that if the product you purchased does not suit you, we will accept it within 14 days of delivery and return 100% of the amount paid.
