Out off warranty repairs

Subject to our rules and policy published on www.sklandita.aero, all products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of the purchase by the Original Customer.

If the product develops a defect after this time has passed or if the product was damaged due to user mistake or inappropriate operation of the product (such as, but not limited to: wrong cable connection, damage by dropping, water damage etc.) sklandita.aero will not cover the cost of labour or spare parts. Sklandita.aero will still attempt to repair products if spare parts are available and the damage is repairable but the costs of the repairs must be covered by the Customer.

Before returning product please contact us on info@sklandita.aero. When returning product please follow the instructions and terms given by e-mail and our policy.  Please include a detailed description of the problem.

Under warranty repairs

Subject to our rules and policy sklandita.aero products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of the purchase by the Original Customer. During this period sklandita.aero will repair or replace any components that fail as the result of normal usage (except wiper retrieve rope). If the warranty conditions are met and are applicable, sklandita.aero will not charge you for the labour or parts for warranty repairs or replacements.
